Gathurd processes data solely to provide the platform.

If you are an Organizer, you are responsible for:

Gathurd does not manage these obligations on your behalf.
10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not intended for individuals under 18.

If you access the Services from outside the United States:
